*Minimum- At this compensation level the employee just meets the minimum requirements for the given job description
*Level I- At this compensation level the employee has experience and knowledge to master most of the requirements of the given job description
*Level II- At this compensation level the employee is highly experienced and their level of productivity fully exceeds that of the given job description
*Level III- The employee at Level III is consistently producing results that are far above expectations for the given job description
