Credit Agreement

Often times just between the seller and the buyer, a credit agreement provides documentation for those who wish to engage in a transaction, but do not have an immediate way of getting you the money. Filling out the following form will prevent any legal issues that arise from the buyer not paying back what he has borrowed.

A credit agreement includes information about the parties involved along with the terms and amount of repayment due. Payment typically will include the principle amount along with interest.
